Successful completion of a challenge does not automatically guarantee access to a funded account unless all applicable eligibility and verification requirements have been satisfied.
Any funded-account arrangement is subject to Tamwil’s applicable rules and agreements.
Tamwil reserves the right to review trading activity before granting or continuing access to a funded account.
Users may not:
Manipulate or exploit the platform
Use unauthorized software, bots, or methods where prohibited by the applicable trading rules
Attempt to circumvent risk controls
Share or transfer accounts without authorization
Engage in fraudulent activity
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to exploit technical errors
Engage in activity intended to manipulate challenge results
Additional restrictions may apply to individual programs.
Challenge fees and other applicable charges will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable program terms or required by law, fees may be non-refundable once a challenge has been activated or used.
Tamwil may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, applicable trading rules, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Services.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an explanation consistent with applicable law.
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Tamwil does not guarantee that any user will generate profits, pass a challenge, receive funding, or earn a particular amount.
The Tamwil name, branding, website content, software, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Tamwil and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without authorization.
Certain features may rely on third-party providers. Tamwil is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or policies of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Tamwil may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective as stated in the updated version.
